Sunday I roasted a turkey.
Or a turkey breast to be exact.
Richelle came over to watch me prepare
(mostly because I can't use a recipe to save my life)
and we prepared a little fall feast for our two families.
turkey, pomegranates, roasted potatoes, caramelized onions, vegetable and spinach salad with homemade croutons, and piping hot apple cider.
it was so fun.
Clearly I live for having people over to dinner.
